Meeting Rooms

The Library has a variety of meeting spaces available for your needs.

To book a room, choose a space below and complete the online form or visit us in person to book at the Patron Services Desk.  To reserve a room you must have a La Grange Public Library card in good standing. Reservations made without a La Grange Public Library card will be cancelled.

Dierkes Community Rooms A & B

Operating Policy

Capacity: 51 in A or B; 102 in A & B
Maximum Time: 4 hours
Minimum age: 18

Features: Room A has Podium • DVD Player • Microphone • Screen & Projector • Laptop Connectivity • Tables & Chairs in a U Shape; Room B has Tables & Chairs in a Square


Donna Raymond Board Room

Operating Policy

Capacity: 5-14
Maximum Time: 4 hours
Minimum age: 18

Features: Large WiFi-enabled monitor, capable of displaying multiple devices • Conference Table • 14 Chairs • Conference Phone


Study Rooms

Operating Policy

Capacity: 2-3 per workstation
Maximum Time: 2 hours
Minimum age: 14
Deposit: none; parental signature required under age 18

A group or individual may arrange for the use of a study room in person at the Reference Service Desk or over the phone at 708.215.3220. La Grange cardholders may request a study room a maximum of one day in advance. Other library cardholders can request a room in person on a first-come, first-served basis.


Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of meeting room privileges.
